There is Yam carrying and other cultural activities such as dancing, until late. Storing of the yams will be judged with awards for the winners of gardening.
Kula canoe racing is one of the big highlights of the festival and all participating villages will take part in full cultural performances and feasting.
Village livelihood skills will be demonstrated and arts and crafts will be available for sale.
