Theresa Meki completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Papua New Guinea (2010).
She was taken on board in February 2012 to work as a Research Assistant for the Pawa Meri Project. The Pawa Meri project is a film and research project that involves training PNG women directors who will make six documentary films about PNG women.
As an Honours student Theresa is conducting her research on the topic of Young Voters' perceptions of women's participation in PNG Politics. She is passionate about gender equality and adult literacy.
