Houston, Texas. A hurricane is coming, ready to devour both people and dreams. Alex, a rapper and former gang leader, shuts down to avoid reprisals and bury her best friend. Will and Nate, wandering souls from the rich neighbourhoods, struggle with their addictions and family demons. Out of this ambient jinx comes their symphony.
